NO. 1: DIFFICULTIES IN SAYING TH SINGAPORE PLEDGE DURING FLAG-RAISING. [THE MIKE WIRE IS TOO SHORT, NOT MY FAULT] NO. 2: RAN TO THE WRONG STATION DURING TH ACES DAY COMPETITION. [I'M TH ONLY SECONDARY 3 STUDENT WHO DID THAT, HOW EMBARASSING] NO. 3: BROKE MY HOUSE KEY WHEN I WAS USING ALOT OF FORCE TO LOCKED TH DOOR. Alot of surprises and hilarious moments. From teachers dress up in superheroes costumes to winning awards, from own faces in famous movies and to act as students on stage, it was great. Two of my form teachers won th awards. Congratulations to Most Friendly Teacher - Ms Maybelline Tan Most Fun to be With Teacher - Mdm Susan Teo Th other award winners were: Most Hilarious Teacher - Mr Basheer Khan and Mr Mazli Said Most Fashionable Teacher - Ms Cloven Ong Hunk of th Year - Mr Azuan Tan Babe of th Year - Ms Nur Syazwani After school, I decided to go back to Loyang Primary School. Went there at about 2pm. It was indeed a great feeling to be back in my ex-primary school. Managed to saw some of th P6.4'05 peeps like Alffi, Melvin, Sock Chian, Daniel and Amanda and of cos, my ex-form teacher Mrs Lim. (= I was abit disappointed when th rest did not came. Friday, August 22, 2008, 11:07 PM Credits to Nasuha & Joeyi Art class is always the best time to interact. Laughters, music, gossips are things that keep th class alive. Th 10 Art-pro students who accompanied me during th lessons: Nicholson, Kenneth, Eugene, Xiyan, Joeyi, Firdaus, Nasuha, Syazana, Nizar and Farhan. How I wished that everything would remain like this for every lessons in school. Anyway, I've received back my Physics and Maths test paper. Physics still need more improvement. Managed to score only 22/40m. As for Maths, I've managed to improved! Scored a total of 16/20m for it.(= I've also managed to complete my Batik last friday. Should I say it was a success or a messedup? Everybody has their own point of view. Some would say its beautiful and some say its ugly. But definitely, other's opinion I will not be so affected by it. Thursday, August 21, 2008, 8:33 PM Yesterday night I set a phone record; I was on th phone with angela, qx and jl for 1 HR 12 MINS. But maybe next time can improve on it abit more. Tuesday, August 19, 2008, 5:10 PM Alot of exciting events today; First two periods had a POA test on Balance Day Adjustments. At first I was stucked, but everything turned out smoothly and I was able to complete it!(= During ss, Ms Wani went through th political cartoon with th class. Almost half th class were standing at th back for not completing it. Fast forward to recess; a water bomb fight was occuring near th canteen. Erm, I think I would just close one eye for once because it's someone's birthday and I don't wished to spoil th mood.(: After school, went to 3T1 classroom to attend prefect's meeting. Mrs Lee almost cut short my life to half when she suddenly mentioned something during th meeting. She said that she dreamt that one of my committee members, Yz, was sniffing glue and were arrested by th police. -.-'' Erm, I remembered that Mr Masley said that dreams are like unrealistic. Indeed what he said was right! Anyway, it was just a dream; LOLs. After that, went home. Monday, August 18, 2008, 6:42 PM 8 months of perserverance, hopes and love for her, but I did not manage to win her heart. What's the reason? Is it because I'm not up to her expectations? Or is it because she already has someone in her heart already? Th answer only lies within her. Slowly reflecting on th past, it do seems to be an endless chase. During th start of the year, when I first found out I liked her, I did not know what to do. I thought it was just a wrong prediction of mine, but as time passes, it prove me wrong. I actually had affectionate feelings for her. Whenever I had a chat with her, it seems so easy to communicate with each other. So one day, I decided to reveal my feelings and confessed to her about it. Maybe it was th wrong time to confessed or I did not acted earlier th past 2 years, she told me that she did not really have any affectionate feelings for me. Yeah, I know. It was abit hard for me to accept this reality. First time I liked a girl, but being rejected is th outcome that nobody wanted it. But I feel that if I liked someone, I should perservere on and continue to chase her, till she was touched by my moves/actions. So I decided to give her gifts during Valentine's Day and her Birthday. I will not reveal what gifts was that, but all I knew at that point was, will she be moved? Th answer turned out to be a no. I was disappointed. I remembered once I quarrelled with her during an msn conversation. But we managed to resolve it again. And so, from that period onwards, I was feeling heartbroken. I decided to confide in to one of my friends but somehow, th matter starts to spread out and I don't blame him. He was a good friend who was willing to listened to what I said. So until now, I still had th affectionate feelings towards her. Lately I asked her, will she still accept me? Th answer turned out to be a disappointment for me again. Indeed, I was feeling heartbroken for th second time and this lasted quite awhile. There were also rumours that someone liked her also. This made me even more moody (emo). This is th reason why I've stopped blogging. But I have thought over it, and I feel that by doing this was not th best solution in solving th problem. I slowly changed my mind and decided on one thing, and that is to give up on her. Oh well, I've learnt not to take things too hard. Exam are coming already. Maybe there's no point in keep dwelling on this matter. It is not easy to give her up, as such a rare girl like her is not easy to find. Even though I know it's a hard thing to accomplished, but maybe as time passes, I will start to forget all of these heartbroken flashbacks and be a more cheerful and lively person. She's a girl that will leave a deep impression on my mind. ' If you know who is she, please refrain from asking her about this matter. I will appreciate if you could do that. ' , 6:33 PM School was fine today. During maths, we started on a new topic: Arc Lengths. It was quite easy, but as you know, it will slowly get more difficult. Then History lesson had a surprise test! =X I wasn't even prepared for it. Th chapter on Fasicts Japan is difficult to understand. So I just give it all my best. Went to art room after that. Handed in my Batik final artwork, and we are moving on to Photoshop!(: Fast forward, after school, got comm. meeting and it was just a waste of time. -.-'' Then went home. Sunday, August 17, 2008, 10:55 PM SILVER OLYMPIC MEDAL Congrats to Team Singapore in performing well at th woman's team table tennis final. It was awesome to see them playing in this match against China. Even though we were not fated with th Gold Medal, at least we achieved a Silver medal since th past 48 years. People all over Singapore is viewing th match and even th PM has postponed th National Day Rally till tomorrow due to th event coincidentally clashed th timing with th match. This is what I called "Celebrating th Singapore Spirit". ---------- So; this are my exam grades that I am aiming for during th EOY exam: English Language - A2 Mother Tongue - A2 E Maths - B3 Sci(Phy/Chem) - A1 Comb. H(SS/Hist) - A2 Principles of Accounts - A1 Art - A1 It's going to be a tough revision since I'm aiming at these grades. Well, hope I can achieve it with flying colours! Saturday, August 2, 2008, 3:34 PM LATEST NEWS A huge fire occured at th motorcycles parking area near BLK 452 around 1.30am this morning. It had affected alot of people living near the area, including MY FAMILY. Yes, th incident happened right at my house downstairs. It's ridiculous. -.-'' I was in my room using th computer. Then I felt something strange. At first, I heard some noises coming from outside. I thought it was the seventh month ghosts, as there were people shouting and dropping of things in a loud boom. But I don't care. Later, I smell smoke coming from my room. It was so weird. Why is there a strong sense of smell entering in my room? I thought it was the offerings which th people would always placed downstairs. Then I decided to check things out. WHO KNOWS??? I saw a huge grey smoke flowing towards th air and a orange-red light coming near my block. I knew at that point of time, it was a fire. I was so damn shocked. It happened too suddenly. I seriously don't know what to do. I ran to my family's room and knock on their doors, switching on their lights and shouting,"FIRE, THERE IS A FIRE!!!!" I was so worried that th fire would spread to my house quickly. My family quickly woked up from their sleep and shut all windows near th living room. It was indeed a chaos. And I still got th time to take pictures of th fire scene. =P It was actually a few motorbikes which were caught on fire, and not some block of flats -.-'' Alot of people were crowding around the scene, and for th first time, I saw firemen putting out th fire. It was cool indeed. (= There was also a policeman investigating th incident and taking down th statements from th witnesses. My family had to spend time cleaning th floor as it was dirty which was from the smoke. All our feets were coloured with black. =X My father took a mop and mopped th floor, while my sister sprayed th house with perfume as it was smelly. Th motorcycles were all burnt badly, in total, 8 motorcycles were affected. Out of which 5 was beyond repaired and 3 which was burnt at th back. Around the afternoon, this was how th motocycles looked like: Th truck came to shift th motorcycles away from th scene. One thing that I learnt about from this incident is my family's safety. I will want my family to be safe from such incidents as they are the closest and dearest to me. I also learnt on what to do during such emergencies. And one last thing, I learnt that my family should thank me, for waking them up in their wonderland sleep. If not th house would be stained with th black smoke and its horrible smell. LOLs, joking la. Th above statement is meant to be a joke. I smsed Azhar about th incident. He said he don't even know a single thing about it last night. His family were all asleep and when th neighbours called them, they could not hear. LOLs Now he has to clean up his house because his family did not shut th windows when th fire occured. Hahas. GOOD LUCK AZHAR, IN CLEANING UP YOUR HOUSE!=P , 3:03 PM FRIDAY 1.8.08** Today is my group 4 last day of duty for this week. And when I went to command, I saw th 3E2 peeps sitting infront in one single line facing th whole school. Not very sure what's th reason, maybe they always settle down at th parade square late? Then I almost laughed when Joseph said Hello to me. -.-'' Went back to class for Maths. Had a "pop" quiz. I seriously don't know how to do. Everybody had their own individual answers. Then MT, I am supposed to present my mindmap for oral presentation to th class. I'm like so nervous la, keep laughing. But all thanks to my friends for helping me to score 26/30m for it. It's super HIGH score.(= For English, we went to th library to present our SGEM. When Mubarak presented, he said one line which is so funny. "And then you put the marbles into here and put and put and put and put and put and put." LOLs Had recess before attending Physics Lesson. After school, I was about to leave when Mrs Lee called for me. She needed one prefect to oversee the Detention Class. No choice but I had to volunteer myself.
